EASY FUTURE TIME (EXERCISE 1)

EXPRESSING FUTURE TIME: BE GOING TO AND WILL
(a) I am going to leave at nine tomorrow morning
(b) I will leave at nine tomorrow
(c) Marie is going to be at the meeting tonight
(d) Marie will be at the meeting tonight

Be going to and will are used to express future time
(a) And (b) have the same meaning
(b) And (d) have the same meaning
Note: going to is something pronounced “gonna” in everyday, informal speech, will is usually contracted to “ll” in everyday, informal speech

FORM WITH WILL

Statement:
